Verine Fires introduced the Vertex after it became apparent there was huge demand for a competitively priced, ultra-modern landscape gas fire. This contemporary fireplace consists of a 700mm vitreous enamelled enclosure with a ´hang-on´ XL fascia available in a choice of colours.
A bed of small black stones distribute the wide flame bed which offers a minimal, modern look. The versatile Verine Vertex can also be combined with a large choice of fuel effects as a cost option which makes this popular gas fire look just as stunning even when the fire is off!
The Vertex XL is operated by remote control which is powered by a battery meaning there is no need to connect to a mains electricity supply. The remote will turn the fire on by lighting the pilot and gives you control of the flame height. As with most modern, open-fronted gas fires, the Verine Vertex is sold as ´decorative only´. There will be heat coming from the fire but this will be minimal.
