The chaps at Verine Fires have come up trumps with this contemporary hole-in-the-wall gas fireplace. Unlike most balanced flue gas fires, the glass-fronted Verine Marcello is one of the only balanced flue fireplaces on the market that can be simply ´hung-on-the-wall´ with no false chimney needed to be built. There is pipe attached to the back of the fire which takes the fumes horizontally through the wall.
The Verine Marcello comes with all the necessary flue pipe you need. The fire can also be inset if there is enough room in the cavity wall, if the fire is inset you will need to purchase the wall plate (this is to protect the wall behind)
The Verine Marcello is operated by remote control. The pilot light has to be lit in order to control the flames using the hand-held remote control. The fire comes complete with a dark grey (graphite) fascia. There is also an option of a magnetic brushed steel trim that clips on to the fascia.
The only fuel bed available for the Verine Marcello gas fire is the Lava Rock & Loose Stones fuel effect shown in images above.
