We offer Free Delivery within Mainland UK on all our products.

Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires will be sent using a standard courier company. Larger items such as stoves and complete fireplaces will be sent on a pallet. Pallet deliveries will be brought to your front door (subject to access) and you will need to arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.

You will be contacted prior to despatch to arrange a suitable delivery day. A signature will be required on all deliveries.

Different billing and shipping address? We will require proof of ID & billing address if you want delivery to an address other than your credit/debit card billing address. Please call us for details.
