Constructed using 5mm thick steel for the body to guarantee an air-tight combustion with an attractive cast iron door, the Portway P2 Contemporary is finished in black with stainless steel handle and air control levers.
With a maximum heat output of 6.9kW, the Portway P2 Contemporary is ideal for heating larger rooms or open-plan living areas. The wide body provides a marvelous view of the dancing flames with logs up to 410mm (16") being able to used.
A clever option on this innovative stove is that it can be fitted with optional heat output reducing bricks. Output reducer bricks reduce the internal volume of the stove, allowing less room for fuel and subsequently reducing the heat output to 5kW which is ideal for standard sized rooms. These are perfect if you prefer the look of a larger stove but don’t require a large heat output.
A Multi-Fuel stove which features a large ashpan an has the advantage of being able to burn either wood logs or approved solid fuels. It is also suitable for use in smoke control areas.
