I was after purchasing a Flavel HE fire, and, after canvassing my local retailers I decided to trawl the internet to see if I could improve on their price. Hotprice were the company that offered the most competitive price, so much so I had reservations as to how this figure was so good. My fears proved to be completely unfounded. I was able to collect the fire, and, after meeting the staff I was massively impressed. Such was my satisfaction, that, three months later I decided to purchase another fire from them. They are extremely courteous and professional, and, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

The Caress is a fantastic fire and easy to operate for my mum. She is absolutely thrilled with it as am I. It looks perfect in the Stoneform ´Esk´ fireplace. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new fire which arrived at 9am this morning. It was very well packed and there was no obvious damage to the packaging, but with the electronic signature tablet there was no way to record that I hadn’t examined it. I have already fitted the fire to the wall and am delighted with the way that it fits into my room.
