Hi,
Back in April last, I purchased a ´Gallery Collection´ gas fire through your site. When the fire was being installed the installer found that the ceramic coal feature had been damaged in transit. Another very minor item was missing. I then telephoned your office (Julie or Sarah, if I recall correctly) to advise you and to request replacements. Within a very short time afterwards, both items arrived safely.
I just want to say thank you and to commend you for your excellent service.
