Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires will be sent using a standard courier company with an estimated lead time of approximately 3-5 working days*.
Larger items such as Electric Fireplace suites will be delivered to you on a palletised delivery service with an estimated lead time of approximately 7-10 working days*.
All pallet deliveries are kerbside/front door delivery only, so please arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.
