The Aversa limestone mantel is a Georgian inspired design from The Penman Collection range of classical fireplaces. A delightful surround which will enhance any home with an attractive shaped mantel shelf and exquisite detailing along the chest and legs.
A versatile fireplace surround offered in a choice of 51" or 58" widths that can be combined with a variety of back panel and hearth options to suit your style.
The main image shows the Penman Aversa with a custom gas fire, slate slips and hearth which will look amazing in a more contemporary setting.
Alternatively, you may prefer to pair it with a cast iron insert or inglenook and stove which will provide a beautiful, classical feature for a period home.
Crafted from Agean Limestone which is a fabulous material for fireplaces. This natural, sedimentary limestone formed over 50 million years ago is cut straight from the earth. Agean limestone is a much whiter limestone with a consistent pattern throughout its surface including soft, speckled grains a characteristic of this popular and extremely hard wearing stone.

Due to the size/weight of this product, it will be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries will be brought to your front door (subject to access) and you will need to arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people. You will be contacted prior to despatch to arrange a suitable delivery day. A signature will be required on all deliveries.
