Portway PB1000 Pedestal Multi-Fuel Stove – Elevated Heat with Modern Flair

Make a bold and contemporary impact with the Portway PB1000 Pedestal Stove - a cylindrical, freestanding multi-fuel stove that’s designed to turn heads. Set on a sleek, integrated pedestal, this eye-catching model raises the firebox to a commanding height, placing the mesmerising flames right where they belong – at the centre of your living space.

Whether you’re furnishing a minimalist loft or updating a country home with a modern twist, the PB1000 Pedestal provides both exceptional efficiency and striking good looks. Its smooth steel body and large panoramic glass window create a visual spectacle, while the elevated firebox offers an ideal flame-viewing experience from seated height.

More than just a pretty face, the PB1000 Pedestal delivers on performance too. Crafted from high-grade 5mm steel with precision-cast iron detailing on key heat-retaining components, it’s a stove built to last. With a nominal output of 5kW and an efficiency rating of up to 85%, it offers superb heating for small to medium-sized rooms, all while keeping running costs low.

This model is approved for use in smoke control areas, thanks to DEFRA exemption, and is part of Portway’s Cleaner Choice line, certified by HETAS for reduced emissions and improved air quality. It features tertiary air jets for cleaner combustion, an airwash system to maintain a crystal-clear window, and multi-fuel capability, giving you the flexibility to burn logs, smokeless fuels, or even coal, depending on your lifestyle.

Ideal for open-plan settings, corner spaces, or feature walls, the PB1000 Pedestal Stove blends high-performance heat with cutting-edge aesthetics, offering a perfect focal point for the eco-conscious home.

Due to the continuing rise in costs for delivery to Highland areas, we have reluctantly concluded that having absorbed these costs for a long time this is regrettably no longer possible and we have had to introduce a fee for delivery to certain Scottish postcodes. Customers that live in the affected areas will be contacted when we process your order to be advised on specific extra charges and have the opportunity to confirm the order.
