I wish to say a big thank you to your company for the exceptional price, delivery and service provided to me. Having had some less than pleasurable experiences with internet orders in the past, buying such an expensive item from yourselves left me a little bit nervous. HOWEVER why was i worrying.
Ordered 28th July........Delivered 9th August..........Saved £400 pounds (compared to local companies)...........Packing was superb, as was the delivery company.
A big thank you to all your staff.

I was after purchasing a Flavel HE fire, and, after canvassing my local retailers I decided to trawl the internet to see if I could improve on their price. Hotprice were the company that offered the most competitive price, so much so I had reservations as to how this figure was so good. My fears proved to be completely unfounded. I was able to collect the fire, and, after meeting the staff I was massively impressed. Such was my satisfaction, that, three months later I decided to purchase another fire from them. They are extremely courteous and professional, and, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
