An optional coal basket is available for those who wish to add limited mixed-fuel capability, allowing a small amount of approved smokeless fuel to be used alongside wood when required. In addition, the Uniq 44 can be specified with a closed combustion (outside air) kit, ideal for modern, airtight or energy-efficient properties. This system supplies combustion air directly from outside via an 80mm diameter duct with a 100cm length, helping to improve stove efficiency while supporting a healthier indoor environment.
