The glass fronted Gazco Studio Edge Balanced Flue vents outside through a co-axial pipe (one pipe within a larger pipe) The outer pipe draws air in from the outside and the inner pipe expels combustion gases
No additional ventilation into the room is required
Installation of this fire does not require a hearth in front of the appliance

We offer Free Delivery within Mainland UK on all our products.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires will be sent using a standard courier company. Larger fires & stoves will be sent on a pallet. Pallet deliveries will be brought to your front door (subject to access) and you will need to arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.
You will be contacted prior to despatch to arrange a suitable delivery day. A signature will be required on all deliveries.
